We provide a 30-day timeframe for product return, meaning that you can file a return request within 30 days from making your purchase with us.
An order is only eligible to compensation if purchased products are sent back undamaged in original packaging. We will also need you to provide a proof of purchase (invoice, purchase confirmation, etc).
To start the return of your order, please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org. After evaluation, if the order is eligible for return, we will send you a free shipping label with detailed instructions. We are only able to provide compensation if products are sent back via this process.

Damaged or missing goods

We are not able to return our products categorized as food or beverage after they have been opened. Should you find problems with such purchased products from us, please kindly get in touch with us.
After receiving your returned items and evaluating your claim, we will immediately get back to you regarding compensation. Should your claim be accepted, we will provide you with the below compensation options:

- or a coupon worth at least the value of returned items, to be used for future transactions in our online store.
